Selecting a senior living community for your loved one can be an intimidating task. When selecting a community many folks find themselves asking questions like: "Does this community have a highly regarded reputation? Will they offer the care my loved one needs? And, is the person I care for going to be happy here? It’s understandable and frankly, typical to have these worries and questions when selecting a senior care community.

In fact, these exact questions and concerns are the reason I was compelled to open my CarePatrol franchise. In my previous life, I was an electrical engineer. When the time came to choose a community for my mother I was overwhelmed with unanswered questions and the seemingly endless options. I did not know where to turn. However, I knew there had to be a better way. Finding CarePatrol was my aha moment. I knew I had found my calling. It became my life’s mission to make this trying process easier for others.

We start by having a thorough conversation about the needs of your loved one and your lifestyles. After we have developed a full understanding of the requirements necessary for your loved one and your family, I recommend a few communities that can accommodate your needs.

Safety First

The safety of your loved one is my number one concern. The need for a senior living community can often go hand-in-hand with and increased level of vulnerability. All of my recommendations are predicated on the safest options for your needs at the current time. My number one goal is to ensure that you and the person you are caring for have the reassurance and peace of mind of knowing we will work together to ensure the community member will be as safe as possible at all times.

Time for the Visist

After we have reviewed the recommended communities, I reach out to your preferred choices and schedule a tour. If you would like, I can join you and your family for the tour. I can provide transportation to make the experience as worry-free as possible.

When touring a community it is all too easy to become overwhelmed. In the heat of the moment, you may be uncertain of what questions you should ask, or you may even become overwhelmed and forget questions you had intended to ask. For this reason, it can be very beneficial to have a partner tour with you who is familiar with your needs and has the experience to know exactly which questions to ask.
